He has Engineering, Masters in Business and JD degrees from the University of Massachusetts. His career includes both law practice and management consulting. In the early days he worked as a paralegal in large Boston-based law firms; he has consulted for hundreds of small businesses and large multi-billion dollar international organizations. In addition to providing counsel regarding nonprofit issues Ed has addressed a variety of other matters for companies and individuals.

In addition to her work as a legal assistant Karen has a degree in advertising from Louisiana State University. She is the proud mother of two lovely adult women. She has a special interest in health and nutrition.
